Appointments & Booking
All services must be booked in advance through our approved booking system. When booking, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
A valid card may be required to secure your appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least a 24-hour notice.
• Cancellations made after this window may result in a fee
• Same-day cancellations or last-minute changes may be charged 50% of the service fee
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service
This allows us to respect both our time and other clients waiting for appointments.
Late Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 6-minute grace period may be allowed.
If you arrive late:
• Your service may be shortened to avoid disrupting the schedule
• Or your appointment may need to be rescheduled and is subject to a cancellation fee
Payments
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise stated.
We accept cash, zelle and card payments. Any deposits or fees are non-refundable and go toward your scheduled service when applicable.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on completed services.
If you have any concerns, please reach out within 24 hours so we can make it right. Your satisfaction matters to us.

• Certain services may be refused if they are not safe to perform
